Steven Swiatlo has been involved in hospitality and catering for over eighteen years. He managed a nightclub and restaurant in Perth during the America's Cup and has worked in various venues in Melbourne including The Victorian Arts Centre. Tracey Swiatlo's career in hotels spans more than a decade including six years with Hyatt Hotels in London and Sydney and more recently two years as an event manager at Crown Towers in Melbourne. Tracey and Steven have now joined forces to provide their unique brand of catering to both the private and corporate sectors. With a strong emphasis on healthy eating, with maximum flavour, "The Hospitality Man" can create a unique menu to suit your individual needs

Beverages based on a package price per person can be tailored for each individual function or we are happy to allow you to supply your own, where chilling, corkage and service is still included in the price.
