Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation:  A deposit of $500.00 is required within 7 days of receiving your written quotation.

Final Payment: Final payment is required within 7 days of completion of  your event.  We ask that final numbers are confirmed 7 days PRIOR to your booking and we charge at your confirmed numbers.   All additional guests attending your function, over and above your confirmed number, will be charged at the full price. The Hospitality Man reserves the right to conduct a head count of attendees at every function.

Additional Catering: Catering for additional outsourced guests eg.
band, photographers and video will be charged at the rate of  50% of your price per person.

Payment Terms:  Please make all cheques payable to “The Hospitality Man P/L” or you can direct debit into Commonwealth Bank Account, Elsternwick Branch.

Credit Card facilities are not available.

Cancellations: Provided 3 months notice is given, all deposits are refunded in full. Between 3 months and 2 weeks notice 50% of the deposit is refunded. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event forfeit the deposit.

Public Holidays: A menu surcharge of 15% will apply.

Damages: Organisers are financially responsible for any damages or loss sustained to The Hospitality Man and/or the venue during the course of an event.

Responsible Service of Alcohol: The Hospitality Man P/L upholds the principles of Responsible Service of Alcohol and in accordance with Liquor Licensing Laws, reserves the right to refuse service to persons suspected of being under the age of eighteen years and to any person who shows signs of intoxication.
